Toddler Pre-K Special Trips

Special Visit from Local Firefighters

In general, our Toddler and Pre-Kindergarten students enjoy “in-school” field trips or special events. When possible, we partner with other educational organizations to complement a particular theme that may be on-going in the classroom. Special guests often help reinforce learning that was introduced in the classroom. For example, our Toddlers and Pre-K students have been visited by the City of Markham Firefighters, York Regional Police, and the York Region Canine Unit to support their learning about community helpers. When appropriate, Toddler and Pre-K students also attend school-wide special events.
