Reading Buddies is a fantastic event that we host at Wesley each term to encourage our students to share their love of reading with members of their House team in a partner class. Younger students are paired with older students to take turns reading, look at the pictures together, predict how a story will end, and get to know each other better. Teachers were given the flexibility to schedule this activity with their Reading Buddy partner class when it was convenient for both classes.
