Careers
Wesley Christian Academy is a private independent early childhood center and elementary school located in Markham, Ontario. Since its inception in 1988, Wesley has been noted to provide a nurturing, structured and encouraging environment based on Christian principles and academic excellence for toddlers to students in Grade 8.

Early Learning Centre Teacher - Toddler Class
The Early Learning Centre division (Toddler to SK) of Wesley Christian Academy is looking for a full time teacher in our Toddler class to begin in September 2026.
Successful candidates must have the following qualifications:
- RECE (Registered Early Childhood Educator) certification
- Standard First/Aid and CPR certification
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- TB Test

Before and After School Care Teachers
Wesley Christian Academy is looking for teachers to work in our before and after school programs from Monday to Friday, between 7:00-9:00 AM and/or 3:00-6:00 PM. The positions are available in September 2026.
Successful candidates must have the following qualifications:
- Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) certification, OCT, or a diploma in Youth and Child Worker or Recreation and Leisure. Candidates can be in the process of working towards any of these certifications.
- Standard First/Aid and CPR certification
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- TB Test
